BirTedarik — suppliers and dealers on one network
Brings suppliers and e-commerce dealers onto one network, keeps the catalogue live and turns a marketplace order into a supply order automatically. The dealer sees the supplier’s current catalogue and stock; an order lands in the supplier’s panel. Managing a dealer network does not require a separate system for brands.
Stok Yazılımı — stock tracking without an accounting system
Standalone stock management for businesses that do not want to set up accounting or an ERP but need product, stock and warehouse tracking. Barcode in/out, stock per warehouse, minimum-stock alerts and counts. As needs grow it connects to the same data as BirMuhasebe or BirEntegrasyon.
How a marketplace order flows

A customer orders on Trendyol; the order lands in BirEntegrasyon and the same product’s stock drops instantly on Hepsiburada and your own site.

If the product is out of stock, the order goes to the supplier through BirTedarik as an automatic supply order.

The warehouse prepares the order; the shipping label prints from the system and the tracking number is written back to the marketplace.

Order, shipment and any return pass into the accounting flow automatically; the invoice is issued from BirMuhasebe.

We share the current list of connected marketplaces and how a new channel is opened in writing in the discovery call; we do not present a channel as ready when it is not.
We have our own e-commerce site — can it connect too?
Yes. E-commerce platforms are one of the integration channels; your site is fed from the master product pool.
We are a small seller on one marketplace — do we still need this?
On one channel, Stok Yazılımı may be enough. When you open a second channel, BirEntegrasyon maps the same pool to it; you do not redefine products.
