Hekimiz — the patient side
Hekimiz is a free health appointment platform for finding verified doctors and clinics by speciality, location and availability and booking an appointment. For clinics on HekimBİS it is a patient-acquisition channel: the clinic calendar and Hekimiz availability are fed from the same source.
A patient’s visit to the clinic

The patient finds the doctor on Hekimiz by speciality and location and books a free slot; the appointment lands in the HekimBİS calendar.

Reception sends the reminder automatically before the visit; the patient sees their history on the portal.

In the consultation the doctor sees previous notes and tests on one screen and writes the prescription in the system; the AI assistant offers decision support.

Frequently asked questions
Where is patient data stored and is it KVKK-compliant?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is role-based and logged. Personal health data is processed under KVKK principles; see the Information Security page for details.
Isn’t this too much for a single-doctor practice?
For a single-doctor practice the appointment, consultation and prescription flow is enough; other modules stay hidden. Role and branch modules open as the clinic grows.
Can our existing patient records be migrated?
Yes. Patient, appointment and consultation history is migrated; a migration plan and trial transfer are done before go-live.
