The code you write is in the field the next day
At MTY an engineer writes not a small piece of a client project but a product thousands of people use every day. Change a till flow in Restoreks and it runs in restaurants the next day; fix an appointment rule in HekimBİS and clinic receptionists notice. Impact that close is both responsibility and motivation.
That is why engineers take part directly in product decisions. Whether a feature should be built is discussed at the table as much as how.
How we work
Code review, automated tests and security checks are a natural part of the job; there is no “we’ll look later”. Development moves in two-week packages, each ending with a working version. Teams are product-based but moving between products is possible: someone on the restaurant product can move to the accounting platform or cloud infrastructure next period.
We work R&D-first at our office in Mersin University Technopark. Sharing the campus with the university makes learning and internships easier.

Products you could work on
The Restoreks restaurant platform, HekimBİS and VetBis clinic systems, the HukukBis law-office software, the Tatilleniyor tourism platform, the BirMuhasebe accounting platform, the AçıkHesap service software, BirEntegrasyon marketplace integration, the KobiPower business platform, MTY Cloud infrastructure, the Orkivon AI orchestration tool and the LinkPlain wireless mesh network. Web, mobile, infrastructure and AI each bring different problems.

Is remote work possible?
The team works together at the Mersin office. We discuss this openly at interview; hybrid arrangements are considered per role.
Can I do an internship?
Being inside the Technopark, we are open to university internships. Send your application to [email protected] before the term starts and we will route it to the right product team.
Which technologies do you work with?
It depends on the product; web, mobile, cloud infrastructure and AI use different stacks. At interview we describe the technology of the product you would work on.
