Legal
For lawyers and law firms we bring case tracking, client management, the hearing calendar, the document archive and invoicing into one practice system. With HukukBis, files, deadlines and collections run in one place, and our corporate solutions connect it to your existing archive and accounting systems.
In a law office a missed deadline cannot be undone. For lawyers and law firms we bring case tracking, client management, hearing calendar, document archive and billing into one office system; the source is HukukBis.
Day-to-day problems in this industry
Deadlines in diaries, files in cabinets
Hearing and objection deadlines live in personal diaries; when the lawyer is on leave nobody tracks them.
Scattered document archive
Nobody knows who has the latest version of a petition; versions get lost from e-mail to e-mail.
Expenses and collection by hand
Case expenses and fees kept in different places; who paid what is worked out at month end.
No conflict-of-interest check
Whether the opposing party is a former client is left to memory when taking on new clients.
HukukBis — 12 modules in four areas
Case operations cover matters, clients and calendar; finance covers billing, expenses and collection reports; knowledge management covers a secure document archive, digital signature, version control and full-text search; office infrastructure covers role-based access, office-level data separation, audit logs, notifications and a built-in support desk. Reporting shows indicators such as average case duration and success rate.

From sole practitioner to multi-lawyer firm
For a sole practitioner the matter, calendar and billing flow is enough. In multi-lawyer firms file sharing, team notes and office-level data separation come in; lawyer, trainee, secretary and accounting use one system with different rights. Firms working in criminal, civil, administrative or labour law define their own case types. For firms managing corporate client portfolios, the conflict-of-interest search runs automatically when a new file is opened.
With your existing archive and accounting
Most firms have a document archive built up over years and an accounting package they use. With our corporate solutions the existing archive is migrated into HukukBis and opened to full-text search; the accounting side connects to BirMuhasebe or the software you use. The past is not lost and today’s work runs from one place.
When a new file is opened
- 1
During the client meeting the secretary opens the client record; the system automatically searches the opposing party in past files and warns if there is a conflict.
- 2
The lawyer picks the case type; hearings and deadlines go into the calendar with a notification for each.
- 3
The petition is drafted in the document archive; each save creates a new version, there is one latest version, and it is sent with a digital signature.
- 4
Case expenses are posted to the file as they occur; the fee invoice is issued from the same record.
- 5
The trainee sees the file within their own rights and adds a note; the audit log records who looked at what.
- 6
At month end the managing partner sees caseload per lawyer, collections and average case duration.

Frequently asked questions
Where are client data and documents stored?
With office-level data separation, encrypted. Access is role-based and recorded in the audit log; lawyer–client confidentiality is a design principle of the system.
Is there a connection to the national judiciary system (UYAP)?
We do not present integrations that depend on external systems as ready. Which connections are open we share in writing in the discovery call.
Can we migrate our old files?
Yes. The document archive and file records are migrated and opened to full-text search; the migration plan is done before go-live.
