Three ways to work together
In the turnkey model MTY takes on the whole job and your single counterpart is the project manager. In co-development our engineers join your team, work in a shared repository and take part in code reviews and sprint meetings, so the knowledge stays with you. In the takeover model we assess a system somebody else wrote, produce a risk report and take it over step by step.
Delivery in two-week packages
We split the project into two-week packages. At the end of each one you try a working version with your own data, so progress is visible software rather than a presentation. Your feedback goes into the next package, which means a change of direction is answered in two weeks instead of months.

Every capability is designed as an API first, and the interface sits on top of it. The same business logic then runs on web, mobile and dealer screens without being rewritten, and connecting another system later needs no redevelopment. The modular structure lets you scale piece by piece as usage and data volume grow.
Integration with your existing systems
New software goes live without switching off what you already use: accounting and e-invoicing, banking and payment infrastructure, marketplaces and couriers, tills and POS devices, HR and stock systems. We run these integrations in our own products as well as in client projects, so the edge cases we handle come from experience, not guesswork.
Security and access control
Role-based permissions, audit logs, encryption and regular backups are defined at the start, not bolted on later. Data protection obligations are reflected in the data model and access to personal data is recorded. We run our information security processes according to the ISO/IEC 27001 approach.
Source code and handover
The source code, database schema and technical documentation of what we build are handed over to you. We train your team on deployment and maintenance and put the handover on a written plan. The aim is not to make you dependent on MTY, but to be your choice when you continue.
After go-live
Go-live, data migration and user training are ours. Monitoring, backup checks and security updates continue afterwards; support requests are tracked in one channel and you can see the stage each request is at. The software can run on MTY Cloud or on your own servers.
