Who we are
MTY Teknoloji A.Ş. is a technology company founded in Mersin in 2015 that builds industry SaaS products and custom AI and MCP solutions for people and organisations. From its base at Mersin University Technopark it works with businesses across many industries, and builds and runs its own products.
This page explains what MTY is, how it works and why a company that builds its own products behaves differently on client projects. The aim is for you to get to know us, not to buy something.

A software company that builds products
MTY Teknoloji was founded in Mersin in 2015. Most software companies only do client projects; with the same team we build and run our own products and develop custom software for organisations. Restaurant tills, clinic patient records, law-firm case files and hotel reservation panels run on products we wrote and keep live every day.
Doing both has one consequence: when we arrive at a client project we do not explain how something is done — we show how we do it in our own product. Backups, permissions, what happens during an outage, how an update ships: for us these are everyday work.

From Mersin, inside the Technopark
Our base is Mersin University Technopark. We work R&D-first; a large part of our products was written here, on the same campus as the university. Our customers are all over Turkey, some of our products are used abroad, and our interfaces ship in several languages.
Being in Mersin is more than a cost advantage: the team is made of engineers who know each other and have worked together for a long time. The person who does the analysis at the start is at the table at go-live.
How we work
In every engagement we put three things in writing first: what will be done, what will not, and when it will be delivered. We split development into two-week packages; at the end of each you try a working version with your own data. Source code, database schema and documentation are handed over at the end of the project.
Our quality, information-security, service-management and business-continuity processes are certified; see the Certificates page for details. We apply them as part of daily work rather than carrying them as badges.

Frequently asked questions
Does MTY only sell its own products?
No. Alongside our ready products we build custom software, take over and maintain existing systems, and run integration projects. Combining a ready product with custom development is also possible.
Do you only work with businesses in Mersin?
No. Our base is Mersin but our customers are all over Turkey; since our products run in the cloud, location does not matter. Discovery calls can be held online and we work on site when needed.
How do you start a project?
We first listen to your current system, your team and the bottlenecks. Then we prepare a written scope and price. After approval the team is assigned and the first two-week package is planned.
