Certifications
MTY is certified to seven ISO standards and by TSE for quality, information security, service management, business continuity and software processes. The certificates are issued by BELCERT International Certification (ILAS accredited).
Our certificates are issued by an independent body and each covers a specific area of work. Below is what each one means and how it is applied at MTY.
Seven ISO standards and TSE
MTY is certified to quality management (ISO 9001), information security (ISO/IEC 27001), IT service management (ISO/IEC 20000-1), business continuity (ISO 22301), software life-cycle processes (ISO/IEC 12207), the software quality model (ISO/IEC 25010) and software process assessment (ISO/IEC 33001). It also holds TSE certification.
The certificates are issued by BELCERT International Certification, an ILAS-accredited body. Their scope is computer programming activities: system, database, network and web software, and the development of custom software for clients.
What the certificates mean
Three of them are directly about software work. ISO/IEC 12207 defines how software is planned, developed and maintained; ISO/IEC 25010 the quality criteria (reliability, performance, security, maintainability) it is judged by; ISO/IEC 33001 how those processes are measured. These three are the evidence behind our custom-software work.
ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 are the information-security and business-continuity management systems; they define how your data is protected and how service continues during an outage. ISO/IEC 20000-1 covers how IT services (support, change, incident management) are run, and ISO 9001 the quality management above all of it.

How we use them
We treat the certificates as a working frame, not a marketing badge. In a client project, how the permission model is built, how backups are tested, how a release ships and how an incident is recorded all follow the processes in these standards. Audits are regular; the next period does not start until findings are closed.
We share certificate copies and verification details with corporate customers at the contract stage.
Frequently asked questions
Can we get copies of the certificates?
Yes. During a contract or tender we share the certificate copies and the certification body’s verification details. Just write to [email protected].
Do you have other certificates, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27017?
No. We list only the certificates we hold; we do not present anything not on the list as if we had it.
Which work do the certificates cover?
The scope is computer programming activities: development of system, database, network and web software and of custom software for clients. Our own products and client projects run within this scope.
