Integrations

Our products talk to the systems a business already uses: marketplaces, e-documents, payment gateways, bank account movements, couriers and till hardware. We also connect your own systems through APIs and MCP.

No business starts its software from zero; the accounting package, the bank, the marketplace, the courier and the till are already there. Our integration work connects those pieces — and because we do it in our own products every day, it is experience rather than guesswork.

  • Marketplace and e-commerce integrations
  • e-Invoice and e-Archive
  • Payment gateways and bank movements
  • Courier, till and field hardware

The systems we connect

Our products talk to the systems a business already uses. BirMuhasebe carries nine integration channels: e-commerce, marketplaces, banking, online collection, virtual POS, couriers, CRM, cash-register POS and an open API. Restoreks brings Trendyol Go, Trendyol Yemek and Yemeksepeti orders onto one screen and drives the branch’s printer, cash drawer, fiscal register and scales directly. BirEntegrasyon keeps products, stock, prices and orders in sync across marketplaces.

For e-documents we work through the integrator model: the business issues e-invoices and e-archive invoices without a fiscal-seal set-up, and the inbox/outbox works with the tax authority (GİB).

  • Marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
  • e-Invoice, e-Archive and other e-document types
  • Bank statements and online collection
  • Payment terminals, fiscal registers and POS hardware
  • Courier companies
  • Food-ordering platforms

Connecting your own systems

For systems outside the ready connectors we use APIs and MCP. On the API side a data line is built between two applications; with MCP an AI layer connects to the organisation’s systems within permission limits and keeps an audit trail. Which system owns each record is decided field by field, so the same customer does not live in two places with two addresses.

Why it is different with us

The hard part of integration is not reading documentation but edge cases: the order the marketplace cancelled, the transaction the bank sent twice, the barcode the courier changed. We have been living and solving these in our own products for years. In a client project we anticipate the same edge cases and build the reconciliation screens from day one.

We do not present connections that depend on a provider’s approval (bank, e-document integrator, payment provider, store approval) as ready; the approval process is written into the project schedule.

  • Edge cases known from experience
  • Reconciliation screens from day one
  • Provider approvals visible in the schedule
  • Record ownership defined per field

Frequently asked questions

What if our accounting software is not on your list?

If it offers an API we connect it; if not, we look at options such as file transfer or database-level reads. We give a clear answer in the discovery call.

What happens if an integration breaks?

Connections are monitored; on failure the record is logged, the team is alerted and the difference shows on the reconciliation screen. Data is never lost silently.

Is there a separate charge for integration?

Ready connectors are part of the product. Custom connections are a separate scope in the written quote; no surprise line items.
